Obour Service Center

Our service workshop is strategically located between Volkswagen and Audi showrooms. It has been fully equipped with the latest technology recommended by Volkswagen AG. Costing over 3 million Euros. It covers a total area of 3241 square meters with 52 working bays. The workshop is divided into two hangers specified for four main working sections, one for mechanical and electrical repairs and the other for body and paint work. The car maintenance workshop is designed so that the client is 'stress free' once the car has been taken in. The client has then only to deal with the service advisor while the car is in service. All technicians undergo continuous development and training programs so they can continue to build on their technical skills. In addition the workshop has brought in a technical specialist from Germany on permanent basis to add to the professionalism new working environment. Our second service center at shobra is specialized in servicing all Volkswagen light commercial vehicles in addition to all passenger cars older than MY 1990. Our service center in Alexandria is now open and is servicing all Volkswagen passenger cars and commercial vehicles, in addition to a showroom for Volkswagen passenger car. Abou Rawash Service Center

The workshop in Abo Rawash is built over a total area of 1640 m2, of which 750m2 for the mechanical workshop and 890m2 for the body and paint.

The workshop consists of a total number of 15 mechanical working bays in addition to 17 working bays for the body shop.

The capacity of the service center at Abu Rawash is 50 vehicles a day.

The mechanical workshop is located behind the showroom all surrounded with glass to build on and confirm on the concept of transparency. The white flooring also confirms cleanliness and openness.

The dealership at Aburawash provides the client with full range of genuine spare parts through its spare parts warehouses. Finally the booking system for service appointment is active through our call center 19525.
